  • Do not operate the charger outside its temperature range of -25℃ to 55℃.
  • The power input cable should be at least 32.5mm (recommended 34mm)and equipped with a standard 16A socket.It is recommended that the power distribution be carried out by professionals.
  • Do not put your fingers into the charging connector when the power plug is still connected to the power source.
  • Do not use this electric vehicle charger when the cable is damaged.
  • Do not use an extension cord or adapter with this electric vehicle charger.
  • Do not hang the control box during charging to prevent poor con-tact and burning of the power plug.
  • This product has a built-in non-grounding function.Please check with the manufacturer on whether your vehicle requires grounding to avoid electric shock risk.
  • Plug the charger plug into the power supply first,then connect the charging gun to the vehicle to start charging.After charging,unplug the gun from the vehicle before unplugging the charger.Do not unplug while it’s live.

There are three main types: Level 1 (standard home outlets), Level 2 (dedicated home or public chargers), and DC fast chargers (public charging stations for rapid charging).

How to Choose a Suitable Charger?

  • Check the vehicle manual or open the car charging port todetermine the type of charging interface.
  • If Type 1 interface,choose Type 1 charger.If Type 2 interface,choose Type 2 charger.If GB/T interface,please make a note in the order and contact seller.

How soon will I receive my shipment?

For sample orders or small goods we usually use international express delivery, usually will be delivered in 7-15 working days (if encountered holidays or special circumstances may be delayed); for bulk goods we usually use sea freight, the specific time depends on the destination country and the ship schedule, may be more than a month.
